WHAT IS COMIVA?

You received an email or text message because an organization sent you funds.  They may have sent you funds for various reasons including refund/credit due and money owed.  Receiving funds through the COMIVA platform provides various methods to receive your funds, in addition to traditional checks.

WHY DID I RECEIVE AN EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGE?

This is your FAQ Answer. Make sure your writing is clear and concise. It’s a good idea to review what you’ve written and ask yourself the following - if this was my first time visiting the site, would I fully understand this answer? Then revise or expand as necessary. Consider adding a photo or video as a visual tool or for extra impact.

IS IT SAFE TO CLICK THE LINK IN THE EMAIL AND/OR TEXT MESSAGE?

It is always best to practice anti-phishing best practices.  If you are expecting funds from the organization sending you a payment and the beginning of the URL starts with “https://claims-prodwest.comivapay.com” the URL is from the COMIVA platform and is safe.

BANK ACCOUNT INSTANT TRANSFER

This option allows you to transfer funds to your bank account instantly, by linking to your personal  Debit Card of your checking account.  All you need to do is provide your debit card number, billing address, card expiration date, and CVV.


How long does it take? 

A Bank Account Instant Transfer is instant in most cases.  However it may take up to 24 hours.  If you have not received your funds in your bank account after 24 hours, please email support@comivapay.com.


Is there a fee for this option? 

There is a $2 plus 1% of the transfer amount fee for this option, with a maximum fee of $12.  This will be taken out of your transfer amount.  For example, a $100 transfer will have a $3 fee and $97 net transfer amount to your bank account.

CHECK

This option allows you to receive your funds via a traditional check mailed via the USPS.


How long does it take? 

A check can take anywhere between 7 - 10 business days.  If you have not received your funds in your check  after 10 business days, please email support@comivapay.com.


Is there a fee for this option? 

There is no fee for this option. 

BANK ACCOUNT TRANSFER (ACH TRANSFER)

This option allows you to transfer funds to your personal checking or savings account by providing your account number and routing numbers.   


How long does it take? 

An ACH transfer can take anywhere between 1-2 business days.  If you have not received your funds in your check  after 3 business days, please email support@comivapay.com.


Is there a fee for this option? 

There is no fee for this option.
